Packet Pick-Up & Expo

The Packet Pick-Up Expo at the Charlotte Motor Speedway is the place to come preview the following day's event, watch or take part in one of the thrilling Ride-Alongs from the Richard Petty Experience at a discounted price just for the the runners, get any last minute needs for the run and just shop for the latest in running apparel and footwear. The Packet Pick-Up Expo will take place inside the Garage by Pit Row. The Packet Pick-Up Expo is the place to pick up your race number, timing tags, T-shirts, and goodie bags.

There is NO packet pick-up on race day.

Your photo ID is required to pick up your race packet.

If you are picking up for a friend, please bring a note authorizing you to pick up their packet and a copy of their photo id.

Packet Pick-Up Parking and Directions

The Charlotte Motor Speedway will offer parking free of charge. Participants can enter the Charlotte Motor Speedway at the intersection of Bruton Smith Boulevard and Concord Parkway South. Follow the road to the left around the outside of the track until you get to the guard gate at the third turn. Drive underneath the tunnel and follow the road to the left and continue straight into the parking lot. Follow the signs from there to the garage to arrive at Packet Pick-Up. To get to the Charlotte Motor Speedway, follow these directions:

From Charlotte, N.C. (South) or Greensboro, N.C. (North)

Take I-85 North to Exit 49 (Bruton Smith Boulevard/Concord Mills)
Turn Right (East) toward Charlotte Motor Speedway
Continue straight through stop light at main intersection of the Speedway
Turn left onto the Speedway’s 3-lane Perimeter Road
Parking available in Hellman’s Campground

From hotels along Bruton Smith Blvd:

Take Bruton Smith Blvd. (East) toward Charlotte Motor Speedway
Continue straight through stop light at main intersection of the Speedway
Turn left onto the Speedway’s 3-lane Perimeter Road
Parking available in Hellman’s Campground

Let us know if you would like to become a vendor at the 2012 NC Half Marathon at the Charlotte Motorspeedway. Our vendor expo will not only be open on Saturday, March 24 from 10am to 7:30pm but also on raceday from 7:00am to 11:00am. Check out some of the opportunities available to reach your target market.
